Position Title: Machine Learning / AI Data Engineer (W2 Contract-to-Hire - 100% Remote)

Contract Length: 12 months

Pay Rate: Up to $75/hour

Position Summary:

Seeking a Machine Learning / AI Data Engineer to design, develop, and implement data solutions that inform decision-making across the business. This role will be instrumental in creating predictive outcomes using historical and real-time data from Salesforce. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure high-quality, accessible data to support advanced machine learning and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain a data warehouse integrated with Salesforce data

· Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for data transformation and preservation

· Design and deploy machine learning solutions to predict business outcomes from Salesforce data

· Collaborate with leadership to align machine learning initiatives with strategic goals

· Apply best practices in data governance and warehousing

· Monitor and manage ML engine performance (accuracy, agility, responsiveness)

· Integrate ML outputs back into Salesforce to improve operational workflows

· Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

· Strong professional experience applying machine learning and AI in a business setting

· Deep experience with Snowflake

· Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL)

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures

· Demonstrated ability to design and deploy ML tools end-to-end

· Knowledge of data warehousing best practices

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in an agile environment
